Mattel Cynthia close-up of face Best Friend Cynthia, Let's Play - Let's Talk! Mattel's Cynthia is 18 1/2" tall, has blonde medium long rooted hair in a flip style, blue painted eyes, vinyl body. She originally wore a pink dress trimmed in light blue, white under panties and white high heel closed toe shoes.

She came with three 2" records that when inserted into her side slot, enabled her to talk (needed a "D" battery, not included :) when the button on her back is pushed. Each of the three different records had various sayings on them. Additional Fashion Record Paks were; #3392 School Fun, 3393 Lively Fun, 3394 Fashion Fun, and #? Hair Fun. Each of these contained an outfit and record. This doll is Hard To Find - as are her outfits, even scarcer are MIB dolls.

You can see the little black record peeking out from the upper left corner.

A red, white and blue striped knit short sleeve dress with red edging around the neckline and two buttons, red knit vest with blue leather-like trim and blue belt, white knit ribbed knee socks and low heeled blue shoes, she topped it off with a yellow and red shoulder purse.

#3393 Lively Fun - Contained a printed blouse (same wild print as the 1971 Live Action Barbie) and a two piece, purple velveteen overalls and bib, with a record.

#3394 Fashion Fun - Dusty blue suede-look coat, contrasting pink knit hat with blue trim and pompom, pink shoulder purse with blue trim, pink with blue stripe knee high boots and a record. This outfit co-coordinated with Cynthia's original pink outfit.

This same doll and face mold was used on the Mattel Quick Curl Casey Doll with brunette rooted hair, so if she is brunette there you have her - information obtained from Jen - Thanks!
