Tutti Fashions 1966-1968

Tutti is Barbie and Skipper's little sister and a twin to Todd and was made by Mattel. The other 6 1/4" tall dolls that share Tutti's wardrobe are; Chris her friend, the Pretty Pairs; Lori, Nan & Angie, also Buffy and Carla.
