gorgeous face and body, maybe someone will come along with a proper ID for her.

Child Doll, 13" tall with a gusseted kid body, bisque swivel socket head and bisque lower arms, blue paperweight eyes, closed mouth, blonde short hair wig and has a beauty mark on upper right cheek, painted feathered eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes. Marked on head: 5

Same doll is shown in the book: 200 Years of Dolls, 2nd edition, page 124, by Dawn Herlocher. Guess that's as close, as you can get to ID her. Sure is a pretty little one.
