A short lived French doll maker, Falck and Roussel,
also known as Adolphe Falck of Paris, France, made dolls with bisque heads on composition and wood
jointed bodies with molded painted hair and eyes or Bébés with glass eyes
and wigged.
Some of Falck bisque doll heads may have come from
Francois Gauthier.
The few Falck & Roussel dolls that come to market, are of high
quality and value. Falck & Roussel doll trade name was Bébé Mignon.
In 1899 Falck became part of SFBJ.
