Walking Dolls Identified

1950 Advance Betsy walker doll, 20-"

1950-1956 Advance Betsy walker doll, 20- 21″ tall, all hard plastic, key wound walking doll, brown sleep eyes, molded brown hair beneath a wig, doll swings her arms, legs and head moves when she walks, doll came dressed in pink organdy dress, panties (with tag; Warren Three Oaks, symbol of three trees, Michigan), and bonnet, doll is unmarked.

1954-1955 Advance Wanda the walking doll, 18"

1951-1956 Advance Wanda The Walking doll, 17-18″ tall, (companion doll to Betsy and Winnie Walker), heavy walking type dolls, all hard plastic, wigged, sleep eyes, closed mouth, key wound walker, has molded shoes with metal rollers, doll is unmarked.

1954-1955 Advance Wanda Wabbit walking doll, 18"

1953-1956 Advance Wanda Wabbit walking doll, 17-18″ tall, (companion doll to Betsy and Winnie Walker), heavy walking type dolls with molded shoes and metal rollers, doll is unmarked.

Same doll as Wanda, now dressed in a plush yellow rabbit suit with white pom poms and yellow and white rabbit ear hat.

1954-1955 Advance Winnie The unaided walking & talking doll, 24" t

1953-1956 Advance Winnie The Wonder walking and talking doll, 24″ tall, all hard plastic, heavy walking type dolls, sleep eyes, open mouth, wigged, voice box to talk, has molded shoes with metal rollers. Doll shown in a pink cotton sleeveless dress with pink striped under skirt, ribbon name sash, doll is unmarked.

By 1956 Advance additional outfits were available for the Winnie doll a Bridal ensemble, night dress and housecoat.
