Comments: portrait doll of the child film star, Jane Withers, under license by Madame Alexander, circa 1935. Stands approximately 17.5 inches and is in good, as found condition.

A darling brown velveteen cloth doll made in England by Farnell’s Alpha Toys, circa 1930. Features a hand-painted face with a sweet smile and bright eyes, dressed in a blue and white felt dress and shorts, a large red felt bow in her hair. Measures 14.5” tall, jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. Sewn tag on bottom of foot, “Farnell’s Alpha Toys Made in England”. Very good overall clean condition – missing one beaded earring, several tiny moth holes in blue felt dress ( see photos). A real cutie!
