Hasbro Leggy Dolls 1972-1973 USA+

Let’s Get Leggy! YouTube video courtesy of The Junk Drawer

Hasbro’s Leggy dolls are 10″ tall and can be identified by their excessively long 7″ legs.  Leggy dolls came dressed wearing mod clothes that reflect the 1970’s era when they were produced. The four Hasbro Leggy dolls names are Jill, Nan, Kate and Sue.

Hasbro Leggy dolls separate clothing line was called Fashion Assortments and is the same clothing shown on the back card of Hasbro / Polistil 1973 Leggy dolls sold in 1974.

The Hasbro Leggy dolls seem to be more popular in Canada than in the United States and sold from 1972 to 1973. Hasbro licensed Leggy dolls to be sold by Polistil of Italy and Shiba of Japan although not in great quantities.
