1960s Perfecta Bonnie Blue Ribbon doll 17-19" tall

1960s Perfecta Bonnie Blue Ribbon doll 17-19″ tall, vinyl head with rooted page boy blonde hair, painted facial features, open closed mouth, plastic jointed body, wears a blue sleeveless satin dress with narrow black strips, back zipper, white panties and blue closed toe shoes, doll mark Perfecta Hong Kong, advertising doll for Marquette Corporation’s National Blue Ribbon Freezer Food Service.

1961 Kellogg's Little Miss Kay doll 13" tall

1961 Kellogg’s Little Miss Kay doll 13″ tall, vinyl head with short curly hair, sleep eyes, closed mouth, jointed body at neck, shoulders and hips with straight legs, doll mark K4193, advertising doll for Raisin Bran cereal.

1961 The Squirt Soda Boy doll 18" tall

1961 The Squirt Soda Boy doll 18″ tall, all vinyl with blonde molded hair, he is not shown in original clothes that are a green short sleeve shirt with “Squirt” on it and red pants doll mark The Squirt Company 1961.

1962 Bonnie the Plaid Lassie doll 19" tall

1962 Skippy Doll Corp. Bonnie the Plaid Lassie Doll, E. F. MacDonald’s and Plaid Trading Stamps advertising doll 19″ tall, vinyl head with short curly rooted hair, sleep eyes, painted facial features with a closed mouth, hard plastic body jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips, high heel feet, came dressed in her Scottish Highland outfit of a navy blue Bonnie Prince Charlie jacket, plaid tartan shawl, one piece dress with a white bodice a red and navy plaid tartan pleated skirt, navy blue Balmoral bonnet, sporran (purse), red knee-hi socks and black ghillies shoes, doll marked P-9.

Kellogg’s Cereal company in Kalamazoo, Michigan US, distributed more than 5 million mail-in premium dolls of various kinds.

1962 Kellogg's Linda Lou doll 8-10" tall

1962 Kellogg’s Linda Lou doll 8-10″ tall, Fluffy type look a like doll,  hard plastic jointed body, vinyl head with rooted hair, sleep eyes.  This doll was sold by a multitude of different companies as their own brand redressed.  Effanbee as Fluffy and so marked, others without the Effanbee marking: Allied-Grand called her Bonnie marked AE, Mary Hoyer named and sold this doll as Margie (no freckles), Mollyes called her Perky, Sayco named their doll Cute Carol, Earle Pullan sold a similar doll name unknown and Valentine used her for the 13″ tall Perfect Patient doll and possibly others

1962 Horsman Thirstee Cry Baby doll 22″ tall, advertising doll for Carnation Milk made by Horsman.

1964-1965 Kellogg's Calico Lassie doll 12" tall

1964-1965 Kellogg’s Calico Lassie doll 12″ tall, called by collectors; Ellie Mae Clampett, as she looked like the character from The Beverly Hillbillies TV series, vinyl head with rooted hair blonde hair in long pigtails, painted eyes, closed mouth, plastic jointed body, doll was made by the Elite Creations, doll marked Unique, mail in premium by Kellogg’s Cereal Company, two additional fashions available for purchase separately.

1969 Honeywell Allergy Annie doll 15 1/2" tall

1969 Allergy Annie doll, 15 1/2″ tall,  all cloth advertising doll that came with a coloring book, advertising doll for Honeywell, The Air Cleaner People.  The Allergy Annie cloth doll is unmarked, came with paper mailing label inside the plastic bag.

1960s Jolly Green Giant cloth doll, 16″ tall and Little Sprout cloth doll who is 10 1/2″ tall, both are lithographed cloth rag advertising dolls for the Green Giant Company.

1960s Arthur Murray Dance School, Let’s Twist Dolls (pair girl & boy) 15″ tall, soft foam stuffed cloth body with wired aperture so body is bendable, rubber hands and feet/shoes.  Clothing is part of the body, have applied felt facial features, she has yarn hair and has a label that says “Let’s Twist” made by the Christy Manufacturing Company of Fayetteville N.C.  Chubby Checker released the song ‘The Twist’ in 1959 and it debuted on the Dick Clark TV Show on August 1960.

1961-1964 Chase Eskimo Pie Boy doll (the trade name was used since the 1930s) 15″ tall all printed fabric cloth doll, advertising doll for the Chase Bag Company.

1962 Swiss Miss doll, 14″ tall, hard plastic jointed body, vinyl head with blonde rooted hair in pigtails, blue sleep eyes, closed mouth, wore a blue print short sleeve dress with a black felt bodice and ric rak trim, white collar and sleeves, socks, shoes.  Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate advertising doll.  Doll marked Jolly Toys Inc. 1962.

1963-1964 Knorr Soup advertising dolls (a Danish Company)7 1/2″ tall, set of two dolls (male & female) dressed in various country costumes, made of hard plastic.

1965 Chex Cereal doll 22″ tall, Scarecrow doll with a vinyl head, painted features, open smiling mouth, blue hat, cloth stuffed body, doll marked R.P. Co.  Advertising doll for Ralston Purina Chex cereal.

1967 Arrow Rubber & Plastics Gerber Baby doll 14″ tall, all vinyl, sleep eyes with lashes, molded, painted brows and hair, squeaker, open mouth, drink wet doll, same as prior Gerber doll without dimples on cheeks, doll was discontinued after a short time, doll marked on head Gerber Baby © Gerber Products Co 1966. 

1967 Sun Maid Raisin doll 23″ tall advertising doll, see Uneeda.

1970s Texaco Cheerleader 11 1/2″ tall, plastic and vinyl teenage fashion type doll with a jointed body, painted eyes, rooted hair, came with a wardrobe.  It is unknown who actually produced this advertising doll for Texaco.

1972 Kenner Sippin Sue, Sippin Sam dolls 6″ tall, small vinyl dolls with painted facial features and hair, dressed as a cowgirl and cowboy, each have a hole in the mouth for a straw, came packaged with a cup with hands shaped to hold onto the rim.  General Mills advertising dolls.  Cups are marked GENERAL MILLS 1972 — KENNER PRODUCTS SIP ALONG.  Unknown how/if dolls are marked.

1971 Hasbro Bonnie Breck doll 9″ tall, vinyl and plastic jointed body, long rooted hair, high heel feet, wearing long blue prairie style dress, doll marked Made in Hong Kong.  Advertising doll for Breck Shampoo made by Hasbro.

1972 Horsman Little Debbie doll 11″ tall, vinyl head with rooted hair, painted upper eyelashes, open smiling mouth, jointed plastic body, dressed in a short sleeve blue & white check gingham dress, white apron pinafore with her name of front Little Debbie, matching straw hat with edges bound in gingham, white socks & black shoes.  Made by Horsman for Little Debbie Snack Cakes 25th anniversary, doll marked on head Horsman Dolls Inc. 19©72.  This same face mold was also used on other Horsman dolls 1970s-1980s.

1973-1983 Mary Quant Daisy fashion doll 9″ tall, doll marked Model Toys LTD., England, advertising doll forMary Quant fashions.

1975 Aunt Sarah doll 18″ tall, all cloth lithographed, Sarah has her eyes closed wearing lithographed eye glasses, her hair is pulled into a bun with a bonnet, apron with her name on it, she’s holding a bowl, advertising doll for Aunt Sarah’s Pancake House of Richmond, Virginia.

1979-1985 Atlanta Novelty Gerber Baby doll,  17″ tall, made of vinyl and cloth, molded hair, sleep eyes, unknown if, how doll is marked, advertising doll for Gerber Baby Food.

1981+ A.G.H. Telephone Pioneers of America, 1890s Bell Telephone Operator doll 15″ tall, a commemorative doll for Bell’s 70th ? anniversary, jointed plastic body doll with vinyl head, rooted hair, heavy blue eye shadow, blue or brown sleep eyes, closed mouth, dressed in period clothing of a high necked collared white blouse with brown neck tie, brown long skirt, belt and shoes, doll marked A.G.H. NY 1981. There were three differently dressed dolls; the 1890s telephone operator with phone headset, a Bell line worker pant suit with a hard hat doll, a 1950s doll wearing a poodle skirt with headset, dolls came in either black or white versions.
